Thank you for choosing Coit Alterations for your alteration needs. By utilizing our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging with Coit Alterations, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services Offered
Coit Alterations provides alteration and tailoring services for garments. Specific services include, but are not limited to, hemming, resizing, repairing, and custom modifications.

3. Pricing and Payment  

Prices for services are quoted at the time of drop-off or consultation.

Payment is due upon completion of the alterations, prior to the release of the garments.

Payments can be made via cash, credit card, or other electronic payment methods as specified by Coit Alterations.

4. Turnaround Time

While we strive to complete alterations in a timely manner, turnaround times may vary based on the complexity of the alterations and current workload. We will notify you of estimated completion dates upon receipt of your garments.

5. Garment Condition

Customers are required to provide clean, stain-free garments for alteration. Coit Alterations reserves the right to refuse service if a garment is deemed too soiled or damaged beyond repair.

6. Fitting and Adjustments

We recommend that you try on garments before final fittings. If additional adjustments are required, please inform us within 48 hours of receiving your altered garments. We will do our best to accommodate your requests but cannot guarantee changes after this period.

7. Liability

Coit Alterations is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs to garments while in our possession, including but not limited to accidental damages, loss, or theft. However, we do take reasonable care to protect your items.

8. Cancellation and Refund Policy  

If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund.

Refunds for completed alterations are generally not provided unless there is a clear defect or error in workmanship. Please communicate any concerns directly to us.

9. Privacy Policy

Coit Alterations respects your privacy. Information collected from customers is used solely for processing services and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

10. Changes to Terms

Coit Alterations reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will take effect upon posting on our website or in-store. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
